For JoraVision, a theme-world designing company (Leisure Industry), I made a corporate Christmas film. The main purpose of the film was to provide a complete overview of the company using a fun and cheerful twist. JoraVision’s company logo is a magic wand and in the film, the starring staff is using a similar wand. All staff-activities shown in the film, such as drawing, colouring, hammering and sawing, but also easy tasks like switching on a computer, are performed by using this magic wand.

Before shooting the film, I firstly used the script to construct an extensive storyboard, describing in detail what had to be filmed shot-by-shot. One of the reasons for this elaborate preparation was the fact that I only had one day to film everything. Detailed preparation was key to make this production work.
During post-production I extensively used image editing. The computer monitors that are displayed in the film were all taped with green-screens and anchor points the shoot. In this way I could make the magic wand interact well with the filmed scene during post-production. Blue- and green-screens were also used with the shooting of other scenes.
